Our Favorite Easter Recipes 2019

Easter is coming, and with that follows a lot of eating! At least here in Norway we have a tradition for dinner parties, big family brunches and Easter eggs filled with candy! Vegan candy isn’t a problem, most stores today are filled with dairy free options, or you can buy lots of dairy free candy online. But what about brunch and dinner options? In Norway lamb is a very popular Easter food, but we don’t want to eat those fantastic little babies, so what can we eat instead? LOTS, I tell you! The only problem I have with being vegan, is to stop myself eating too much! Here are our favorite Easter recipes.
